A revival of two classic Coca Cola adverts from 1947, recreated in 3D using Cinema 4D, Octane and RNDR.
This project started as a little fun whilst developing my 3D skills, and thought what better way to combine my learnings so far than to recreate something from the past.
Using Cinema 4D, Octane and the power of cloud rendering through RNDR, I was able to model and recreate these adverts from scratch, using the existing adverts as a guide for the composition and lighting.
Once the bottle was created to the 1947 specification to the best of my ability, I went about adding realism through the use of water droplets and surface imperfections to the bottle.
Advertising has always been a passion of mine, and I quickly thought of these two adverts from 1947 that cemented Coca Cola as the category leader straight after WW2.
