ANIMATION | BETA TEST | CINEMATIC
Selected by the Google Earth Studio team to join their beta program, I was asked to create and document my experience in using this extremely powerful cloud based tool.
The Studio enables advanced camera controls similar to those found in Adobe After Effects, and allows for cinematic movements which have never been available before using Google Earth. Wooooo!
Using the pre-existing image data, it is incredible to have cities in the world to play with, and allows for some beautiful imagery to be produced using its Day/Night time controls.
It opens the doors for independent news rooms and filmmakers alike to think big, and experiment with scenes they would never have considered before, and can’t wait to see what it can be used for in the future on public release!
